Alyssa Boinais, LMSW

Hi, I’m Alyssa! I’m a Licensed Masters Social Worker and the founder of Be Mindful Therapy. I’ve spent years helping people work through things like anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, but where I really thrive is supporting women who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just trying to figure out the next chapter of their lives.

I especially love working with new moms as they adjust to the rollercoaster of parenthood, and with young adults or college students navigating the (sometimes messy) shift into adult life. My approach is compassionate and down-to-earth—I’ll meet you where you’re at and give you space to be yourself.

In sessions, I pull from tools like CBT, DBT, ERP, mindfulness, somatic techniques, and trauma-informed care, but I always tailor things to what actually feels helpful for you. My goal is to help you feel supported while you learn to set healthy boundaries, manage emotions, cope with stress, and build confidence in yourself.

At the end of the day, therapy with me is about giving you a safe space to grow, heal, and feel more grounded in your everyday life.
